Judicial Practice Analysis was published in frames of the program Support of Uniform Judicial Practice Establishment supported by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. The publication covers the general characterizing of judicial practice of freedom of information, compensation of moral (no property) damages in Georgia and gives recommendations on establishing proper judicial practice.
