The Journal has been prepared by the Administration of the President with assistance from the United Nations Association of Georgia, as part of the USAID-funded National Integration and Tolerance in Georgia program.

The Journal aims to acquaint the population, and local and international non-governmental and donor organizations with the activities of the Civil Integration and Tolerance Council. The Council, Functioning under the President, deals with integration.
