Review of Implementation of the General Administrative Code of Georgia – the review is primarily concerned with de facto implementation of the General Administrative Code of Georgia (GACG) and covers freedom of information aspect of the Code, administrative acts and administrative contracts. The publication provides a brief but synopsis of the work of NGOs and International organizations with regard to the implementation of the General Administrative Code of Georgia.
