The publication provides a brief but synopsis of the work of NGOs and International organizations with regard to the implementation of the General Administrative Code of Georgia. The publication’s prepared under “Implementation of the procedures of the GACG in Public Institutions” project, supported by USAID through the IRIS Center at the University of Maryland
